Sara Gallagher
Studio Director, Teacher

It was in 1995 that yoga changed Sara’s life! “I felt taller and that I had more space in my body!” So the journey began, through gym style yoga classes, to different studios, teachers, until she found the heat! “Practicing yoga in the heat rocked my world! It bypassed all of my resistance, defences and offered me a way to feel at home in my body!”
Sara’s passion is to explore freedom in body and mind. Finding a way to marry the physical practice with the Tibetan Buddhist meditation practice is an intention in sara’s classes and life!

Lana Armstrong
Studio Director, Teacher

Lana came to Montreal for her Masters, telling her parents that she'd move back to Alberta once she graduated...but that was until she fell in love with Moksha and beautiful Montréal!  She had a general hatha and ashtanga practice, then she found Moksha and fell in love with it after her first sweaty class with Dina.  Note to beginners:  Don't wear jogging pants to hot yoga!
In 2005, she completed Moksha Yoga Teacher Training.  On top of many workshops, she is also a part of the Teacher Training Program with Hart Lazer.
Lana tries to lead her classes with a combination of simplicity and passion with hopefully a good dose of fun and a sense of self-discovery.   This is a part of her own practice, on and off the mat.

Sue Halle
Teacher (Vinyasa Flow, Prenatal)

Susan Halle has been teaching yoga for ten years. Her teaching journey has included trainings in Ashtanga, Yin Yoga, Tantra, Viniyoga and Vinyasa Flow. She combines her background in fitness, pilates and yoga to create practices designed to suit students where they are. She is also a life coach, personal trainer and NLP practitioner.

Jessica Watters
Kids Yoga Teacher

Jessica fell in love with Yoga at the age of 6 after finding gymnastics and ballet too competitive. With her mother deeply immersed in meditation, Yoga became a way of  life. To deepen her own practice she enrolled herself in the Sivananda teacher training program. With no initial intention to teach, she quickly fell in love with helping others to deepen their practice and found it hard to stay away from teaching. Other than Yoga,  travel and children have always been a  passion.  Teaching Yoga at various kids camps, both in Canada and Korea incorporated her passions into one setting. Now she focuses her teaching energy on Kids, Mommy & baby, and prenatal Yoga.  Jessica is the proud new owner of the vegetarian take-out Café Juicy Lotus!
