At MYNDG, we have two studios offering:

Moksha (studio A) - The Moksha Yoga series which consists of approximately 40 poses practiced in a heated room designed to open through your hips and muscles, strengthen the body, while detoxifying your entire body. Both standing and seated poses are practiced, giving a balanced cardiovascular workout. Open to students of all levels.
Moksha Flow (studio A & B) - Integrating the Moksha Yoga series with Vinyasa Flow will charge up your practice to the next level! Emphasis will be on the synergy between breath and movement while exploring our practice.
Power Flow (studio A & B) - A challenging and innovative flow class inspired by Baron Baptiste. Very cardiovascular where you are constantly flowing through poses and integrating more advanced poses into the practice.
If you're a beginner, we suggest having some previous experience in a heated yoga class through the Moksha or Moksha Flow class.
Yang/Yin Yoga (studio A & B) Fusing the flow of the active yang-style from the Moksha classes with some juicy stretching from yin yoga. We’ll start with an invigorating practice to help you de-stress and open the body. Then, we’ll settle into some more relaxing and deepening stretches to round out your practice. Open to beginners.
Hot Yin Yoga (studio A & B) -
Most forms of yoga practiced today are Yang, they emphasize muscular movement and contraction. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and lower spine. Yin postures are held three to five to ten minutes at a time. This type of practice complements the more muscular styles of Yoga and is a great aid for opening up the body and increasing flexibility and range of motion.
